少子化対策

Here, I would like to propose new and revolutionary measures to counteract the falling birthrate. For women who want to seek higher education in the graduate school level, not directly from the undergraduate, after working a few years to save money for tuition fees and living expenses for the coming 2 or 5 years, the period with fecundity is too short. For example, graduated from the undergraduate at 23 years old, working for 4 years from 23 to 27, and studying again from 27 to 29 (or to 32) women have left only from 5 to 10 years to have a baby. So, how about making possible to begin their primary education one or two years earlier than now, namely at 4 or 5 years old? As long as I remember, the first one or two years at elematary school were too boring and easy for boys and girls of abilities, so it is not impossible to make shorten those years or make the beginning just one year earlier. If women could finish their education and careers to prepare the future one more year earlier, they can surely afford to have a baby with more time to spare. 個人的願望です。
